I need a programmer

I am computer literate but far from a programmer. I currently have an idea for a software to help me better manage my time, but I don't know anyone who can help me create it.

At first it was just an idea and now it has become this thing that wakes me in the middle of the night.

I thought of going back to school to learn programming, but then I would need to purchase the softwares needed to create the program.

The thing that keeps this idea constantly in my mind is my birthday gift. An HP ipaq 4705. This is not my first pocket pc or my first HP, but it is the first one that made me wish I was a programmer.

But enough of this. I would greatly appreciate some help. Feel free to write me and tell me what you think of my current dilemma.
